Refund and Return

At Aerogogo, we guarantee 100% satisfaction with our quality products. For all orders made through the Aerogogo official shop, we offer a full cash refund for returns, upon request. Despite having established at least one private overseas warehouse or Amazon cooperative warehouse in various regions, the risk of minor goods damage due to accidents or mishandling during transit is still inevitable. To give you peace of mind, our exceptional after-sales service team will go above and beyond to assist you in mitigating losses caused by such force majeure factors. The following solutions are provided for customers seeking a refund or return (applicable only for purchases from the official store. For return policies on other platforms such as Indiegogo or Amazon, please adhere to the specific platform's policy).

1.Order Cancellation

To cancel a placed order, please contact us at service@aerogogo.com before the order ships out. Submitting a cancellation request before the order ship out will not guarantee a cancellation success. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the order is successfully canceled.

We will not be able to cancel an order after the order is shipped out. Please wait for the order to deliver and contact us for a return within 14 days of delivery. Rejecting a shipped-out order or failing to follow the return procedure might cause item loss in transit or rejection by the warehouse due to no return registration which might lead to ineligibility of refund or replacement.

2. Return & Exchange

To expedite the return and refund process, please send an email to service@aerogogo.com with the subject line "Order Number + Quality Issue or Non-Quality Issue".

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. For used product, a 30% of the total order amount will be deducted from the final refund. 

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer have to show, via photos or video, the defect in your product, and the associated defect is eligible for coverage.  We’re not able to request return shipping label from courier partner at the moment, we need your help to check the return cost with the courier or Postal service, and please, you must inform us the tracking number once you shipped out the return product. Once we received the product in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost only (we will not cover the shipping cost from and to Aerogogo warehouse).  You can email us at service@aerogogo.com and we can provide you with the address to our warehouse where you can return the product.
